By accessing and using JobDance.ai ("the Service"), a product operated by ClanMe Pte Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not access or use this service.

JobDance.ai is a unified AI ecosystem providing career acceleration tools for candidates (including AI resume optimization, mock interview simulations, and career analytics) alongside autonomous Agentic As a Service recruiting capabilities for employers and talent acquisition teams.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account credentials
• Safeguard the confidentiality of your authentication details
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your credentials
• Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights of any party
• Upload malicious code, automated scraping bots, or harmful payloads

5. AI-Generated Content & Coaching

The Service utilizes generative and neural artificial intelligence models to assist with resume auditing, interview preparation, and applicant screening. While we continually calibrate for high precision, AI recommendations are designed to assist and enhance human decision-making, and should be reviewed independently.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, proprietary algorithms, visual designs, brand assets, and interface components are the exclusive property of ClanMe Pte Ltd and protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. User Content & Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the resumes, profile data, and media you upload to JobDance.ai. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to process, analyze, and format your content to deliver the requested services to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClanMe Pte Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We may update these terms periodically, with the updated date reflected at the top of this document.
